WASHINGTON—The 2023 Education Law and Policy Conference co-sponsored by the Defense of Freedom Institute for Policy Studies (DFI) and The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies kicks off Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 9 a.m.
The conference will take place at the Washington Hilton and feature keynote addresses from the Honorable Eugene Scalia, former U.S. Secretary of Labor; the Honorable Mitch Daniels, the former Governor of Indiana and former President of Purdue University; and Philip K. Howard, author of the book Not Accountable: Rethinking the Constitutionality of Public Employee Unions.
Each year the conference examines the latest federal legal and policy issues surrounding American education.
