MEDIA ADVISORY: 2023 Education Law & Policy Conference Co-Sponsored by DFI and The Federalist Society to Tackle Issues in American Education

Keynote speakers include the Hon. Eugene Scalia, Gov. Mitch Daniels and Philip K. Howard

WASHINGTON—The 2023 Education Law and Policy Conference co-sponsored by the Defense of Freedom Institute for Policy Studies (DFI) and The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies kicks off Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 9 a.m.

The conference will take place at the Washington Hilton and feature keynote addresses from the Honorable Eugene Scalia, former U.S. Secretary of Labor; the Honorable Mitch Daniels, the former Governor of Indiana and former President of Purdue University; and Philip K. Howard, author of the book Not Accountable: Rethinking the Constitutionality of Public Employee Unions.

Each year the conference examines the latest federal legal and policy issues surrounding American education.
